Whether it be a casual 2 hour walk or the more adventurous 6 hour hike, bushwalking is more than a physical activity. Enjoying a walk in the park or forest has been proven to reduce stress levels and help those living with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression and anorexia. Along with these health benefits, there are many life skills to be learnt such as communication, team work and coordination.
